After two years I started to get a little bored and tired of my bedspread and dorm decorations so I made this pillow to add a new pop of excitement and color (once I get there) and I included a tutorial so you can make one too :)

Handmade sun dress! 

Just like the other sewing project I made this out of a $3.00 XL t-shirt from Walmart (and a bit of lace this time)

I didn’t have a patter for this one either, but I had learned to do pleats and stuff in my costume shop at school last year. The invisible pockets took me a little while to figure out on my own. I had to stare at a romper I had with similar pockets for about 1/2 an hr to get a game plan together on how to go about it, but I am very pleased with how they look!  

all in all I am happy with the turn out of the dress, but of course there are a few things I would do different if I were to make it again. Because I didn’t use a pattern there is no tutorial for this, but if there is enough interest i will put up a “How To” on how to do the flower detail :)

This jumper dress/overall thing was made using an oversized 3 dollar t-shirt from Walmart. it took me about 2 hrs to make and was super easy and fun. I didn’t have a pattern for this one I just sort of went off inspiration
